بعد ان انتهت نيابة قسم اول المنصورة من سماع اقوال د اشرف وجدى ود محمد الجوهرى فى التهمة الموجهة اليهما بالتعدى على موظف عام - مخبر- اثناء تأدية وظيفته، قررت اخلاء سبيلهما بكفالة مائة جنية لكل منهما خمسون جنيها ، ومازال القسم ممتنعا عن استلام الكفالة تحت زعم عدم وجود الامين المختص فى محاولة للتنكيل بهما واستمرار احتجازهما اطول فترة ممكنه
