I am organizing a trip with my friends in Eid... we wanna go to Sinai... to Nuweiba, Dahab, and Taba... We will have like 3 days off from school and we want to take an extra 3 days plus the weekend... We wanna go on a relaxing trip and we don't wanna go to Sharm because it turns into a ridiculously crowded and commercial place during the festive seasons... Everyone I wanna avoid is there - everything I wanna stay away from is there... but still... I love Sinai and I've been on several trips driving and camping through this lovely region of nature and of beauty... I'm very excited...

Bill Thompson is one of my favorite columnists and he said in a recent recap article celebrating his 5th year as the technical columnist for the BBC that "I care about the ways we manage our online lives, and how we get the balance right between social rules and government regulation, because I don't believe that we can or should leave the rule making to Microsoft, Google or Facebook and that democratic governments are the least worst way of running both the network and society in general."

Most probably you've heard of the rumor thats going around that Mubarak is sick... honestly we all know he's old and senile-ish and that its very normal for him to get sick also because he's only human, however I must say, I honestly didn't hear anything about him being sick until I heard of the 'rumor that he is sick'. The first time I heard about this was in the newspapers when the government was denying it this past week. I actually wouldn't really care or panic if I heard he's sick simply because its quite fucking realistic.

Al Mesreyoon Newspaper's website claims that a source 'close to the president' revealed that he will call for early elections and announce his intention for resignation in the soon to be held Annual General Conference for the National Democratic (and Ruling) Party. I thought to myself its just propaganda and moved on with my daily routine. I kept thinking about it though. It also said in the article that this was concurrent with the controversial statement that the president made to the parliamentary committee of the Shura Council, saying:
